| Description: |
- Supervising all related production & maintenance activities, ensuring targets are achieved
- Ensure current & accurate record keeping
- Ensure compliance with all factory regulations and protocols set
- Keeping machinery in good working order by the checking of equipment in accordance with guidelines specified
- The carrying out of all preventative maintenance activities relating to the plant and its machinery
- The compilation of reports and service logs
- The liasing with production workers to ensure the correct operation and handling of the machinery
- Making recommendations for the improvements to the production floor
- Making recommendations for the improvements to the facility

| Qualifications: |
- Tertiary level education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Certification would be an asset
- Familiarity with CAD
- A minimum of four years in a similar position
- Be computer literate
- Be able to make on the spot decisions
- Be a team player
- Work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
NB: Candidate will report to the Operations Manager or any other officer appointed by him.
