Description:
  • Avid interest in business solutions and communication technology to work with a team providing business products to its customers.
  • Requires extensive interaction with customers and intra and inter departmental horizontal collaboration
  • To grow business solutions revenues incrementally through assigned channels
  • To build and develop relationships with relevant parties according to company business strategy.
  • To achieve predetermined targets & objectives of the company
  • To achieve sales targets from new orders in the assigned channels and accounts
  • Introduction of ICT sales and lead generation campaign initiatives
  • To identify, qualify and close business to meet set targets
  • To identify and pass-on to relevant business unit, opportunities for cross-selling company products
  • To build relationships with customers and prospects and ensure customer requests are promptly delivered
  • Provide Strategic Account Plans for each account.
  • Managing the Business Solutions Account relationship.
  • Engage in prospecting activity that will redound to strategic decision information.
  • Proactively gain high-level buy-in and build relationships with key players.
  • Maximizing Account penetration through strategic means.
  • Ensure proper positioning of products and customer expectation management.
  • Develop, maintain and grow effective business partnerships and mutual strategic Alliances
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Create an aggressive sales strategy to grow revenue
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary level education, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years account management/sales experience
  • Three years’ experience in business to business sales or related field (preferably in the IT industry).
  • Knowledge of voice and data telecommunications
  • Track record of outstanding Account Management/sales success
  • Experience in a Quota driven environment is essential.
