| Qualifications: |
- Possess at least the Associate of Arts or Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar job is desirable
- Should be able to work effectively with spreadsheet and word processing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with faculty, staff, and student populations
- Organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Task oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Work effectively as a team member to ensure that departmental goals are met
- Ability to prioritize work and perform well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to keep all matters relating to the Records Department confidential
- Be knowledgeable of and committed to the philosophy, principle's and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist church in education and give witness to these values his/her professional and Christian life
