| Description: |
- Developing and implementing an effective public relations programme and communication strategies to inform, educate and make the citizens generally aware of the programmes and activities of the Council
- Assisting them to participate in the design of the Development Plan for the Municipality.
- Arranging civic/ceremonial events, following up on complaints by the public
- Ensuring that information is provided to the public under the Access to Information Act.

| Qualifications: |
- Degree in Mass Communication /Public Relations OR
- Three (3) years experience in Public Relations or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
