| Description: |
- Relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets.
- It may extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout by managing end to end project activities.
- Propose and implement work processes & procedures in accordance with Nestlé guidelines and systems
- Coordinate relevant personnel in order to meet the established objectives.
- Manage his/her work according to defined KPIs and ensure that the project scope is fulfilled in line with the client’s expectations.

| Qualifications: |
- A minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Maintenance or E & A Engineer, or equivalent positions)
- A proven track record in Project Management skills and knowledge of Project Management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of food processing plant and technology.
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, human machine interface and automated systems.
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and equipment would be an asset.
- An understanding of electrical drawings.
- Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers
- General proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD.
- A strong results-focus and unquestionable work ethic.
- Sound leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a (multi-disciplinary) team.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
