| Description: |
- Providing quality service to customers
- Contributing to the profitable growth of the organisation through sales and relationship building activities
- Monitoring of market activities
- Identify prospects for auto loans in assigned target markets and develop prospect acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base
- Provide advice to customers on auto financing options and the application process
- Make referrals to the relevant team members for other available financial products/services to meet customer needs
- Assist in the completion of loan applications and in collecting all relevant exhibits from customers
- Pre-screen all applications to ensure high quality credit applications
- Provide a "complete" application and supporting documents for each customer

| Qualifications: |
- Thorough knowledge of the auto industry
- Excellent persuasion, relationship building and sales skills to meet aggressive sales targets
- A proven track record in sales
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work with tight time constraints
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications
- Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
- A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline
- At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
