- Recent graduate of the ICAJ/ACCA or CPA
- B.Sc. Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis with at least 4 years’ experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate working knowledge and application of international emerging Accounting & Auditing Standards (IFRS/IAS).
- Understand the use and impact of information technology on clients businesses in order to identify potential issues.
- Demonstrate a general knowledge of operational internal controls recognizing the business and audit implications where controls are absent, ineffective or inefficient.
- Apply the Audit Methodologies and tools.
- Lead on-the-job training of accountants in the field.
