* Region 2 (based in Portland) - Conducts inspections of Early Childhood Institutions in accordance with the Early Childhood Act and Regulations, and the policies and standards for the operation, management and administration of Early Childhood Institutions.
- Makes recommendations regarding eligibility of the Early Childhood Institution for registration, and reports any infractions of the Act.
