  • To provide high quality sales and service support to ensure the smooth operation of the Wealth Management Centre.
  • Actively liaise with the Team Leaders within Wealth Management and any other part of the Group or wider to ensure high levels of client service in line with customer primacy.
  • Maintain and collate management information under the direction of the team leader.
  • Strong clarity of communication with Wealth and Transactional Managers is important to ensure client-servicing requests are carried out efficiently and diligently.
  • Responsible for actioning post meeting activities as requested by the Wealth & Transactional Banking Managers.
  • Fully support Relationship Managers on product sales and servicing the Wealth Management client.
  • Ensure delivery of a high quality service to Wealth Management clients in contact with the wider transactional and wealth teams. Be available immediately for client needs both via telephone and on site.
  • Respond promptly to requests for application forms, additional literature etc.
  • Research queries from clients. Review background information, and pro-actively investigate inconsistencies.
  • Provide extensive support across all areas of the centre e.g. cost centre administration, cost effective management of stationery, returns, staff returns including sickness, monitoring overtime, hotel bookings etc.
  • Manage effective liaison with centralized service areas to research and resolve client queries where more detailed knowledge of Wealth Management products and services is required.
  • Responsible for the collation and validation of sales Management Information.
  • Responsible for effective communication and distribution of a wide range of information to Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure, through communication with colleagues, that yesterday’s best practice is tomorrow’s norm.
  • Ensure effective maintenance of database via effective CIF clean up, data signature capture etc.
  • Actively build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all members of staff.
  • Continually strive to deliver work to your highest standards.
  • Assist with cost cutting exercises e.g. ‘Culling’ projects [assistance in portfolio’s fully meeting balance/asset criteria]
  • First Degree in Business/Finance
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written
  • Numerate
  • PC Literate
  • Detailed knowledge of the administrative processes linked to the Banks Wealth Management Personal and Corporate products and services.
  • Good knowledge of the products and services provided for Wealth Management clients
  • Effective working knowledge of FirstCaribbean International Bank’s processes and how they interface with each other in order to be able to effectively liaise with centralized services to solve client queries.
  • Knowledge of the centralized processes and structure of operations for execution of client instructions.
  • Thorough working knowledge of ICBS and other bank adopted systems.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word
