| Qualifications: |
- Masters Degree (Business, management or equivalent)/Attorney at Law
- Three (3) years related experience
- Experience managing (and improving the efficiency of) a dynamic department involved in field work activities
- Training in the conduct of security investigations
- Good analytical skills and sound judgement
- Excellent management skills
- Process Management/Project Management training
- Knowledge of Firearms Act
- Proficient in the use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
