| Qualifications: |
- Be a trained graduate with a strong academic background, with a masters degree in Educational Administration or Educational Leadership
- Have at least five years supervisory experience at the secondary level
- Proven knowledge in Curriculum Development
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a STRONG DISCIPLINARIAN
- Proven knowledge of policy formulation
- Aptitude for strategic thinking, planning and implementation
- Have a working knowledge of the Education Act/Education Regulations
- Be computer literate
- Have a strong understanding of strategies and programmes to optimize students' achievements
