| Description: |
- Directs the activities of the maintenance work team and provide on-site expertise primarily in the production and retail store areas.
- Ensures that work is accomplished in a safe and efficient manner
- Carry out extensive quality checks to ensure first-line maintenance is being performed by the technicians at the appropriate standards.
- Ensures equipment availability so that Production needs are satisfactorily and consistently met.
- Implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programmes.
- Recommend training needs for Maintenance Crew as required.
- Develop leadership, teamwork and establish effective communication skills amongst Technicians.

| Qualifications: |
- Bsc. in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in required field in a similar capacity
- Professional Certification in specified field.
- Experience and/or training in HACCP environment would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational and co-coordinating skills
- Good human relations and people management skills
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Excellent communications skills
