* TALENT & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT - To support the development of a strategic roadmap for regional and international expansion.
- Developing and implementing strategies and programmes for talent acquisition, career management, succession planning, leadership development, competency management and coaching
- Create an effective workforce planning process
- Identify and build relationships for the purpose of future onboarding of talent
- Implement a competency-based development strategy to ensure the ability to meet future leadership needs
- Accelerate the implementation of the talent management strategy related to performance management, succession planning, talent assessment instruments and training & development offerings that align with the organisation’s objectives
- Expand coaching for select leadership team members
- Evaluate current culture to determine the appropriate organizational interventions
- Develop appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, measure results and optimize the impact of strategic talent management

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Industrial Psychology, Communication or related discipline
- Master’s Degree in Organisational Development would be preferred
- Professionally Certified and or Chartered in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years’ related experience at the management level
- A track record of successfully designing and implementing strategic talent management programmes
- Operational experience with a multinational in the Financial, Retail, Manufacturing or Sales & Distribution sectors would be a strong advantage
- Corporate University & Programme Accreditation exposure
- Experience in non-traditional methods of recruiting
- Understanding of talent management software systems (e.g. performance, learning & development and succession management)
- Strong business acumen
- Results oriented and execution driven
- Strategic planning and innovative thinking
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Sound technical skills in Microsoft Office including Macros in Excel
