| Qualifications: |
- A Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
- A minimum of seven (7) years experience at a middle management level in commercial banking operations with at least four (4) years in a sales role.
- Exceptional sales and service skills
- A high level of honesty and integrity
- A high level of self-confidence and ability to interact with persons at all levels
- An entrepreneurial outlook and be able to understand the nuances of operating a business.
- Experienced commercial banker who has a demonstrated record of success in leading and providing guidance to officers in originating and closing new business deals with small and medium sized business customers and professionals.
- A leader who can motivate and drive his/her team to exceed sales and profitability goals while building and expanding business relationships with valued customers.
- This position requires broad industry knowledge, excellent marketing and strategic management skills,as well as superior organizational, analytical and communication/presentation skills.
- Must also possess a proven track record of exceptional sales performance, sound judgment and people management skills.
