  • Assist with the marketing efforts to include delivering a broad range of deposit and financing solutions to small and medium sized businesses and professionals.
  • Promote the sale of the Bankís products through frequent client meetings and discussions concerning account performance, new products and market developments
  • A Bachelorís degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years experience at a middle management level in commercial banking operations with at least four (4) years in a sales role.

  • A high level of self-confidence and ability to interact with persons at all levels
  • An entrepreneurial outlook and be able to understand the nuances of operating a business.
  • Experienced commercial banker who has a demonstrated record of success in leading and providing guidance to officers in originating and closing new business deals with small and medium sized business customers and professionals.
  • A leader who can motivate and drive his/her team to exceed sales and profitability goals while building and expanding business relationships with valued customers.
  • This position requires broad industry knowledge, excellent marketing and strategic management skills,as well as superior organizational, analytical and communication/presentation skills.
  • Must also possess a proven track record of exceptional sales performance, sound judgment and people management skills.
