| Qualifications: |
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum five (5) years human resource management experience
- Minimum three (3) years experience at the management level
- Knowledge of Jamaican Labour Laws, regulations and practices
- Experience with organizational development and re-engineering
- Experience with administration of employee compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills including counseling and dispute resolution
- Energetic and unperturbed by extended work hours
- Unquestionable integrity and trust.
