- Maintains and reviews all HR systems, policies and files
- Maintains relationships with Ministry of Labour
- Oversees work permits and other government related documentation
- Assists with NHT documentation for foreign employees
- Prepares income statements for all employees
- Assists with immigration matters for new hires
- Tracks all employee contact information
- Tracks personal/sick leave
- Assist with preparation of, submit and follow up on all insurance claims
- Prepare purchase orders
- Books airline tickets for all faculty travel
- Identifies vendors, place orders, track and receive all IT, and general school supplies
- Maintains inventory

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of two years experience in administration or human resources
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to interact with and support all departments
- Must be a team player
- A high level of honesty and integrity
- Detail oriented
