  • Implementing and designing the Companyʼs policies in relation to housing, engaging of contractors, recruitment and selection, insurances, operations of the clinics, canteen, etc.
  • Co-ordinate the assignment of housing services on the Estate properties.
  • Administrate the Companyʼs Welfare programmes - medical and group life policy, sanitation, concessionaire services, etc.
  • Responds to employee relation issues and investigates employee complaints, interview all parties involved and assists in the preparation of material and evidence for the organization to use in hearings and decision making.
  • Highly effective performance management skills and a thorough understanding of employment law.
  • Attending hearings and advising supervisors and managers to effectively resolve problems or issues in a manner consistent with the standards, practices, policies, procedures and government law.
  • A first degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized educational institution.
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience in a progressive HR position and be able to work under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in Human Resources.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must reside in Trelawny or be willing to relocate
