Description:
  • Strategic and tactical responsibility for directing and executing the organisationʼs sales strategy in order to achieve sales targets. 
  • Monitor existing and potential customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts while ensuring that customer/account relationship is at the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maintain market share and the companyʼs competitive advantage
  • Plan and direct relevant human resources to support the departmentʼs needs.
Qualifications:
  • A B.Sc. Degree in Marketing/Management Studies;
  • 10 years experience in sales management in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Possess impressive sales credentials and an in-depth knowledge of the sales process in order to effectively and efficiently lead a high performing team to expand market share and competitive advantage. 
  • Strong leadership and negotiating skills to maintain and grow the companyʼs client base;
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and communicate with enthusiasm the “big picture” at all levels;
  • Resilience and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills to meet the diverse needs of the existing and potential clients;
  • Results-oriented capabilities and highly driven; 
  • A strategic, innovative and dynamic mindset
