| Qualifications: |
- At least three (3) years experience in maintenance with de tailed knowledge of air-conditioning repair, plumbing and electrical works;
- Knowledge and experience in landscaping and greenhouse horticulture;
- Familiarity with modern environmental practices;
- • Some water sports experience such as scuba diving, kayaking and snorkeling with basic knowledge of marine life andcare;
- The ability to develop security regulations, procedures and practices including: emergency preparedness, surveillance, loss prevention, patrol, among others;
- Strong reporting and supervisory skills with the ability to relate to staff at all levels;
- A minimum of four (4) years experience working in the hotel industry, preferably at a supervisory level, but not necessarily.
