The Sales Manager will be directly responsible for the overall successful execution and management of sales related strategies for a Distribution Company.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee the sales process through direct supervision of Sales Representatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand principals and distribution customers and implement strategies for expanding customer base.
Develop and align goals/strategies to achieve profitable growth and other company objectives.
Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize sales and accomplish volume share and market positioning.
Oversee the hiring, training, development and employee relations for the sales team.
Implement and monitor measurement tools for tracking distribution business progress and review performance and success factors for all direct reports.
Compile forecasts, analysis, budgets and other management reports. 


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management or related field.
Minimum five (5) years' working experience in Sales Management
Prior experience must demonstrate sales skills along with the ability to successfully manage and direct others.
Must be a professional and a proven team player with customer focus.
Must demonstrate skills required to build team spirit and successfully motivate.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate professionally and effectively verbally and written.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to travel.
