Description:

CORE FUNCTIONS

Develop strategic, financial and annual work plans
Manage the budget and cash flow resources of the organization
Develop performance standards, internal controls and financial reporting systems
Lead the management of facilities, office administration, asset inventory and procurement of goods and services
Develop and implement comprehensive human resource strategy

Knowledge/Skill requirement:

Sound Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement procedure, Public Bodies Management and Accountability;
Financial Administration and Audit Ethics legislation and policies of the Government of Jamaica.
Experience in preparing management reports and financial statements
Excellent managerial skills, self-motivated and results oriented
Strong communications and presentation skills
Ability to develop and assess internal control systems 

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or a Chartered Accountant designation
At least seven (7) years' working experience in a similar capacity
Professional certification/training or experience in GoJ Procurement policies Or any equivalent combination of qualification and experience
