Royalton Luxury Resorts are recruiting suitable candidates for the following position. 


• MSc/BSc Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Highly developed knowledge of hotel operating systems including hardware and software applications.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a 5 star hotel operations environment in the same role.
• High degree of competency in proprietary applications including Managing Active Directory- Domain Controller, VPN connections, minimum requirement to manage SQL Server 2003, SQL Studio 2005 and/ or above, Oracle, Firewall,
• Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project),and other related hospitality proprietary software packages.
• Expertise in Network Infrastructure, including cabling & termination of network ports.
• Expertise in WiFi Infrastructure.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple assignments from concept stage through to delivery.
• Highly developed analytical skills combined with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and present reports of a technical nature to non-technical users.
• Energetic, self-reliant and dependable
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Detail oriented, adaptable and flexible to change
