| Qualifications: |
- Have attained tertiary qualification in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Have minimum of three (3) years experience in the hospitality industry.
- Have a proven track record in successfully trouble-shooting engineering - related problems.
- Be knowledgeable in all fields of repairs and maintenance (air conditioning, stoves, chillers and laundry equipments).
- Have sound knowledge of HACCP programme.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Be able to train, coach and motivate a team.
- Be able to work flexible hours.
- Be able to work well under pressure in a customer-service oriented Environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge to design and maintain Preventative Maintenance Programme
- Be administratively sound.
