BURSAR (Clear Vacancy) and a TEACHER of Data Operations (part-time) for immediate employment.

Job Summary for Bursar Trench Town Polytechnic College is seeking to recruit a Bursar to oversee the day-to-day operation of our financial services, such as managing account receivable/payable and collecting tuition fees.

The main responsibilities will include preparation and management of the College's budget, procurement and payment of supplies, setup of critical financial procedures, conducting cost and productivity analyses, reporting to the Board of Management on performance and investment/ funding opportunities, and undertaking other general and financial administrative tasks. The successful candidate should be able to perform multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner, under minimum supervision.


Qualifications: A Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 years work experience as a Bursar
Computer literacy (Microsoft suite of products}
Strong financial management skills
Knowledge or accounting procedures and best practices
Familiarity with budget preparation and cash flow management
Solid time management skills with an ability to prioritize work
Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations
