JOB DESCRIPTION - BAKERY MANAGER 

Reporting Relationship: Managing Director

Summary of Position: 

Manage the performance of the assigned retail facility by coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, freshness and presentation, cleanliness and sanitation. 


Qualifications: Have knowledge of professional pastry making, as well as service, food and beverage management, generally involving at least three years supervisory/ management experience.
Excellent baking skills preferred
Must have the ability to operate a POS system and computer software.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Must have excellent time and priority management skills, as well as team-building and communication skills.
 Must have a reliable motor vehicle.
Must have a valid food handlersʼ permit
