Invites suitable qualified applicants for the position of Business Development Officers.

Locations: Montego Bay & Clarendon

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Conduct visits to clients’ companies/organisation on a scheduled basis
• Conduct presentations to individuals or selected groups within companies/organisation to ensure awareness of Company and its products and services
• Conduct specific programmed on-site sales promotion to create significant sales impact to facilitate the boosting of sales
• Ensure that proper due diligence is exercised regarding the identity of applicants through the presentation and validation of all required identification for all initiated loans
• Liaise internally with Operations/Accounts/Collections personnel, as required, to resolve issues and to facilitate prompt and efficient loan processing for clients

Qualifications: • BSc. in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent qualification • One (1) year proven experience in Loans Administration preferably within a micro-finance or banking
• Good knowledge of loan processing
• Excellent customer service appreciation and skills
• Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Good problem solving skills and tenacity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible hours
