An innovative International Group specializing in IT solutions, decisioning
systems, outsourcing, banking software and consulting services; seeks to fill
the position of a Senior Business Development Officer. Our clients are mainly
finance companies, insurance companies, utilities and enterprises for which
we support them in each step of their client lifecycle. Business Development Officer (BDO) BDO, will facilitate the overall sales process from lead generation to managing the start-up phase, as well as developing the growth strategy for local and Regional markets. Within the objectives the BDO will also have the task to identify cross and up-sell opportunities within those markets.

The assigned goals must be reached through the following activities to be
performed in accordance with corporate strategic objectives as well as possible Regional growth strategies:

• Manage the day by day relationship with the local key clients
• Support the Company in helping corporate management by being one of the key interfaces with the Head Office
• Support the Company in changing the sales processes according to the best practices adopted by the Group globally;
• Proactively contribute in monitoring relationships with the key stakeholders influencing Country goals (i.e. Central Banks. Lending Institutions, Data Protection Commissioner and other relevant stakeholders);
• Support in controlling the budget, but also monitor results and investments of the local company to grant coherence and respect of the approved Business Plan. This is also to better address the business offer locally;
• Having an active role in writing the sales and marketing material and documents;
• Produce market reports s to assist and support the unit Director in setting the local market strategy;


• Ability to interpret and assess complex processes
• Ability to manage internal/external customers’ relationships with a consultative approach
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to identify key business elements/ opportunities
• Ability to identify and monitoring goals and results through the company standard financial tools and practices
• Ability to work in International contexts
• Proven track record in achieving predefined strategic goals
• Language skills: Excellent oral & writing communication skills - English
• Interested in frequent travelling
• Superior sales and negotiation skills
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent. International profile of the degree will be considered a plus
• Very good working understanding of Office (power point, excel, access).
• Ensures the achievement of revenues and objectives for the markets assigned.
• Liaises with the management team in defining marketing strategies, development of new leads and implementation of company products/services in the market. In addition, BDO will guarantee the transfer of the acquired know-how in order to emphasize the added value of product offerings.
