RESERVATIONS MANAGER

GoldenEye, located in Oracabessa, St. Mary, a member of the Island Outpost Group, is seeking a suitably qualified individual to fill the position.

Job Purpose

The Reservations Manager will have responsibility for the promotion and selling of Island Outpost through management of the Reservations Team and control of the reservations systems and processes. The incumbent shall
ensure that all procedures are followed to the brand standards and that enquiries receive an initial response with correct information within a timely manner. Additionally, he/she is to ensure that the Central Reservations Agents
operate effectively and efficiently by providing optimum service to guest and hotel departments and by maximizing the company’s potential to do business and maintaining positive guest relations at all times.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Must be driven and be able to work on own;
• Able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external.

Qualifications:
• Experience with Opera Reservations System and Synxisat a multi-property function;
• Minimum of 3 years as a Reservations Supervisor or higher within a luxury brand setting;
• Analytical skills in interpreting reports to identify trends and needs;
• Excellent customer service skills.
