As a member of Bravo’s Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for helping our clients solve issues they come across as well as to learn how to better use our system.

• Happy to take ownership of technical issues to make sure customers' issues are completely resolved?
• Hoping to train, teach, and motivate clients to leverage the power of Bravo?
• Good at juggling multiple tasks?
• One who is self-motivated to seek the best but not always the easiest solutions?

What your day will look like...

• Digging into the depths of the Bravo system
• Responding to clients through email and phone
• Troubleshooting issues as they come into the support center
• Using your math skills to dig into Bravo Reporting
• Training clients on new features
• Documenting new solutions to share with the team as well as our clients
• Taking on side projects as time permits
Top candidates will have...

• Experience in customer service
• SaaS or software company experience a plus
• experience a plus
• Detail oriented and organized to achieve and drive results
• Efficient and self-motivated


BSc in Information Technology or similar/equivalent discipline, good analytical and attention to detail skills
