Main Responsibilities

• Develop new pastry items.
• Manage production and delivery schedules to meet set goals and demands.
• Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution.
• Motivate and boost staff morale in order to enhance employee engagement.
• Provide continual evaluation of company's processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
• Enforce the use of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Sound knowledge of Bakery/Production Operations.
• Strong dispatching and scheduling capabilities.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to motivate team members and get results in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and late shifts.
• Diploma in Baking Technology or equivalent studies.
• A Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/management role.
