We are currently seeking a hardworking, innovative, self-motivated individual to identify trends and make recommendations to meet the Company’s goals towards creating an aesthetically pleasing, customer-friendly shopping environment through effective merchandising and Customer Experience.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining industry contacts that leads to sales and following up on leads.
• Ensuring a top-notch customer experience from initial sale to delivery
• Managing key accounts
• Driving profitable sales growth
• Manage the daily administrative functions of the store and supervise the quotation process.
• Building relationships with Customers and internal teams
• Identifies areas of improvement for store operation and efficiency
• Maintaining, industry trends and product developments
• Serving customers by keeping them current with new products and technical expertise.
• Participating in sales forecasting and inventory planning.
• Assist with product knowledge and staff training.
• Effective people management skills

Successful candidates should have:

• BSc in sales, marketing, or business (preferred) equivalent years of experience in the field or A minimum of three (3) years sales and customer service experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a passion for sales.
• Ability to take initiative to drive productivity and profitability.
• Strong negotiation skills
