Proven Fund Managers Limited is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position.
The successful candidate will be a team player with strong accounting skills with requisite knowledge of the Financial Industry. The Candidates main objective will be to prepare daily bank balances and weekly bank reconciliations for assigned funds. He/she must have specialized knowledge of pension administration, pension legislation and regulations as well as knowledge of investment and financial reports.
Responsible for preparing weekly bank reconciliations for assigned funds.
Prepare and submit the appropriate journal entries for posting prior to the end of the month.
Responsible for preparing monthly reconciliation of receivables, payables and bank accounts.
Prepare internal and external management reports.
Facilitate the audit of assigned portfolios, including preparation of audit schedules.
Prepare and analyze financial statements for assigned portfolio.
Prepare Income Tax, GCT and any other statutory returns.
