Reporting to the Human Resource Manager/Financial Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for monthly payroll, Bank reconciliation, statutory payments. Perform administrative duties in compliance with organization policies, statutory regulations.

Minimum qualifications/Experience required

First Degree in Business Administration
At least 3 years experience in senior position to include payroll functions.
Knowledge of Employment and Labour Laws
High level of confidentiality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications
Knowledge of accounting would be a plus
Payroll software - preferably Smartpay

Applicant should be between ages 35-50 years old.
