Primary responsibilities for the Junior Clerk will include:

• Generally contributing to the Department’s timely submission of accurate reports for all the cost centres
• Working with departments to ensure timely submission of relevant documents to the Cost Control Department
• Examining documentation for completeness and accurately performing daily transaction postings
• Conduct stock and inventory counts
• Preparing daily accurate, detailed verification reports

• Formal Education/Certification in Accounting
• Experience working in an Accounting Department
• Prior experience in costing would be a distinct asset
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, Inventory Management System
• Able to work flexible hours and on weekends
