The ideal candidate should be energetic, a passionate educator, a visionary leader, an advocate for Christian principles and possess a minimum of:
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Teaching
Experience:
• Ten (10) years as a teacher and five (5) years in a supervisory position
The position requires excellent critical thinking, innovation, problem-solving, managerial, communication and collaboration skills.
Graduate studies and further accreditation in Education, Educational Leadership and Management as well as experience as Principal or Vice Principal at the primary level would be advantageous.
Other Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social media tools.
