Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a meticulous, flexible and team oriented individual to join its Safety and Environment Department.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A B.Sc. Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management/Science or Engineering discipline;
• Sound knowledge of occupational safety, health administration and environmental management practices in an industrial setting;
• Knowledge of the local environmental and safety legislations and regulations including the Factories Act, NRCA Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act and any other regulations relevant to occupational safety, environmental management and industrial hygiene;
• Experience in conducting hazard analysis and incident investigation;
• Knowledge of management systems including but not limited to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001;
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Project Management;
• Good presentation skills with the ability to plan and prepare materials for the execution of training to a wide cross section of employees;
• Three (3) years’ working experience in occupational safety, environmental management and health administration in an industrial setting;
• Excellent communication and human relation skills; and
• A reliable motor vehicle.
