NJ Management Services Limited invites proposals from

suitably qualified service providers to operate the Canteen at

its office located in Walkerswood, St. Ann.

Core Services

The Concessionaire is required to provide the following core

services:

• Breakfast, lunch and hot beverages at the location for all

employees inclusive of provisions for persons with

special dietary requirements (vegetarians, medical

conditions, religious);

• Supply refreshments inclusive of snacks and

non-alcoholic beverages for sale to all staff members at

mutually agreed prices between the Concessionaire and

the Company;

• Provide the necessary staffing at own cost with required

food handlers permit for the efficient operation of the

canteen;

• Optimum management of the canteen and canteen staff

on the premises to include providing all stock and food

items required, cleaning of the canteen and relevant

equipment and ensuring all canteen staff abide by the

Company’s Safety Rules and Regulations;

• Provide any other catering related services that maybe

required under the contract.

NJ Management Services Limited will:

• Provide adequate refrigeration, storage space, washing

facilities, electrical power and other amenities;

• Maintain the facility and all equipment and to provide

the necessary water and disposal system for effective

performance of duties.

Eligibility Criteria

• A proven track record in operating a Canteen

• Applicants must submit copies of valid Tax Compliance

Certificate (TCC)

• Certificate of Registration

• Valid Food Handlers and Health Inspection Certificates

• Valid License and Certificate to operate a Food Handling

Establishment

• Proof of Food Service Training

• The names and contact details of two (2) references
