This is a Clerical position and the incumbent will report directly to the Deputy
Secretary General, Member Services and Industrial Relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Submitting the names of persons applying for membership in the Association
to the Ministry of Education, Youth & Information and Bursars.
• Monitoring the list of names of new members submitted to the MoEYI to
ensure that their names appear on the Membership List.
• Providing specific information to teachers regarding the calculation of Fees
• Preparing Membership List and Reports as maybe required
Minimum Qualification
• Five (5) Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) or General
Certificate of Education (GCE) subjects including English and Mathematics.

Required Competence
• Must be computer literate • Be able to work in Microsoft Excel
• Have good interpersonal skills • Be able to work on own initiative
• Be confidential
• Have good oral and written communication skills
