Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the daily receipt of maintenance
income and allocation of expenditures to ensure compliance with agreed Standards and the approved Annual Budget. The Property Manager ensures that matters pertaining to the approved Bylaws are addressed promptly and manages service contracts and Grounds men for smooth operations. The Property Manager shall keep records and accounts up to date and report to the Executive Committee in a timely manner.

B. Required Skills and Competencies
• Good oral and written skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Good negotiating skills.
• Ability to coordinate technical projects involving plumbing, electrical
works, roofing and paving, etc.

The Successful Applicant Should Possess:

A. Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Seven (7) years of experience in property/facilities management sector.
• Strata Management Certificate
• Real Estate Licence is desirable.
