QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• A Bachelor of Science Nutrition Management or Associate of science.
• Registered with the Dietetic Association of Jamaica.
• At least 1 year experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work in a fast paced Kitchen environment.
• A strong sense of loyalty, honesty and integrity
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to supervise a staff compliment of 30.
• Ability to work under pressure.
