The position has complete oversight of the company’s financial and administrative activities. Incumbent will prepare monthly Financials for submission to Head Office and Sales & Operations Manager; additionally is responsible for all statutory and legal compliance.

· Cash and Working Capital Management
· Preparing month end closing activities and reconciling AP – Sub- ledger to General ledger
· Inventory management
· Processing and completing the Monthly Financial Statements
· Financial analysis
· Fixed asset maintenance and management
· Payroll management
· Bank reconciliation
· Oversight for office and warehouse
