• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• Three (3) years’ experience in a similar position

• Proficient in loan software

• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products, policies, laws & practices

• Vibrant, outgoing, customer centric personality

• Well organized and able to multi-task

• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Detail oriented

• Proven track record of achieving performance targets
