SR2314005990- JM00 Supply and Installation of Community Garden System Bull Bay, Jamaica Date: 22- July- 2026 Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization. Mercy Corps is seeking a qualified firm for the supply, delivery, and installation of priority components for the Bull Bay Community Garden in Bull Bay, Jamaica. The procurement will include a greenhouse/nursery system, rainwater harvesting system, drip irrigation system, community pergola/meeting area, exterior food production beds, weed control and surface treatment, and related garden establishment works. This activity forms part of the PRIME Project, which focuses on strengthening community resilience across Caribbean countries, including Saint Lucia, Nevis, St. Croix, and Jamaica. The project supports the establishment of Resilience Hubs community-based spaces designed to enhance preparedness, response, and recovery capacities while promoting sustainable livelihoods. The Bull Bay Community Garden is is a key component of the Resilience Hub model and contributes to the agriculture and food security pillar of the project. Through this intervention, the project aims to integrate climate-resilient agricultural practices, including greenhouse cultivation, water-efficient irrigation, hydroponic systems, and rainwater harvesting technologies. The selected firm will be responsible for providing technical recommendations on the proposed design, as well as the supply, delivery, and installation of all required equipment, materials, and components necessary for the successful implementation of the greenhouse system, including but not limited to the following: Greenhouse Structure Irrigation System Hydroponic System Rainwater Harvesting System Based on the prescribed scope of works, interested firms should demonstrate: Experience in the supply, delivery, and installation of greenhouse, irrigation, and/or hydroponic systems Experience implementing similar projects within tropical environments Firms interested in submitting a bid should complete the attached Intend to Bid Form Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 5 August 2026 at 11:55 p.m. (local time).
