TECHNICAL SALES OFFICER

Qualifications:

•Tertiary diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

•Previous experience in a technical sales or customer service role, preferably in an industrial setting.

•Familiarity with Inventory Control System Software.

•Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product information.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

•A strong customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist customers in selecting products and provide technical information as needed.

•Prepare accurate quotes and commercial proposals for customers.

•Manage over-the-counter sales and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

•Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build relationships with clients.

•Process transactions and maintain records using DacEasysoftware (knowledge of this software is a plus).

•Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth.

•Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

•Utech Diploma or Level 3 Certificate in Plant Maintenance

•Utech Diploma or Level 3 Certificate in Industrial Electrical Maintenance

Must possess:

•A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in the processing/plant maintenance environment.

•Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.

•Good understanding of bottling equipment, and utilities services operations.

•Well-developed analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Good understanding of Plant Safety Procedures and Practices.

•Must be willing to work on contract and on shift to include weekends.
