Brigitte Foster Hylton displayed a powerful 100m hurdles performance this evening to claim the top spot in 12.51 seconds at the JN Jamaica International Invitational World Challenge meet in Kingston.

Minutes after the race, Foster Hylton announced that this is her final season in athletics.

According to Foster Hylton, this evening’s winning run has been among her goals for this season.

“I have been working real hard at getting out of the blocks,” she said.

Priscilla Lopes-Schliep of Canada was second in 12.64 and Tiffany Porter of Great Britain, third.
