Fraser-Pryce, Jeter to face off in London

Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is among 15 Jamaicans down to compete on today’s second and final day of the Diamond League meet in London.

Fraser-Pryce will face off with American Carmelita Jeter in the women’s 100m. The final is scheduled to start at 10:21 a.m. Jamaica time.

There will be two heats before the final. Aleen Bailey, Schillonie Calvert, Carrie Russell and Sherone Simpson are also down to contest the race.

National record holder Brigitte Foster-Hylton will also be in action. She contests the women’s 100m hurdles. The race also includes another Jamaican, Latoya Greaves.

Marvin Anderson and Mario Forsythe will contest the men’s 200m.
