Prisoner with Tuberculosis recaptured Christopher Bowen, the prisoner who escaped from the National Chest Hospital, while being treated for Tuberculosis last week is back in police custody.
Head of the Department of Corrections, Colonel Sean Prendergast, said Bowen was recaptured yesterday near Harbour View in St. Andrew.
