The Meteorological Service has discontinued the Tropical Storm Warning for Jamaica as Tropical Storm Ernesto continues to move away from the island.

The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) has since deactivated the National Emergency Operations Centre.

The storm caused some amount of rainfall across the island.
