Daraine Luton, Senior Staff Reporter
The long-awaited report of the audit of the Jamaica Development Infrastructure Programme (JDIP) is to be tabled in the House of Representatives this afternoon.
Phillip Paulwell, the Leader of Government Business in the House, told The Gleaner that the report would be tabled today.
Yesterday, Paulwell said the report would be tabled next week. However, he did not say what has influenced the decision to take it to the House today.
In the meantime, Paulwell also said he would be making a statement on issues relating to UC Rusal, majority owners in bauxite plants at Windalco and Kirkvine.
Paulwell will also inform the Parliament about the way in which the country's LNG project is progressing.
