Sixty-seven-year-old Eric Freeman, a painter of a Kingston address, died yesterday as a result of injuries he sustained in a freak accident.

The New Kingston police say about 12:35 p.m., Freeman was painting a section of a building in the business district when he allegedly slipped and fell.

He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
